Children should be motivated to think objectively and critically at an early age. They should be capable of thinking about their own personality development while in school – and see big dreams. With the same objective Children’s Panchayat Session as well as Class Leaders session was organized wherein Learners of Std. 1st & 2nd and 3rd & 4th respectively.
Enthusiastic Learners showed their leadership skills by participating in it and were elected by their peers. The class leaders are selected to carry out their duties in the classroom to lead their classmates. They are trained internally by Educators to work in tandem with the class to raise the class spirit and pride.
