Dance Club
Dance makes a unique contribution to the education of all its students through its use of non-verbal communication. Students have the opportunity to think about how to use movement to explore and communicate ideas and issues as well as their own feelings and thoughts. As they worked, they developed an awareness of the historical and cultural origins of different dances and as well as their social awareness. They learnt different dance forms and performed in various school programs.
Language Club
The aim of this club is to inculcate a fondness for language and enhance their speaking skills. This club provides a platform to the students for debate, Elocution and Group Discussion etc. It helps them to become orators to display their intellectual and independent speaking skills and imbibe a sense of confidence. In addition, there are other goals for creating a Language club: Enhancing communication and collaboration, Fostering creativity and innovation, Encouraging autonomous learning and creating an atmosphere of ease and relaxation. The main aim of this club to make “Well Rounded” individuals. Students enjoyed all activities such as debate, elocution, speech and group discussions.
Technology Club
“Technology is the wave of the future.” It is actually a wave of present also because now-a-days everyone is engaged with technology. This club gives students hands-on experience working with the internet, planning new concepts, and observing the world in which we live. It has increased the intensity and complexity of literate environments. Students used the computer lab to get new ideas and they were explained about different computer languages and how they are useful in creating websites.
Eco Club
We all are aware about the importance of Environment. In the view of passion and zeal for keeping environment clean, our school students performed many activities in school with a view to create awareness about saving and planting trees. Eco Club students sensitize the other students to minimize the use of polluting products.
Photography Club
In this club Students are expected to demonstrate commitment to expressive inquiry, maturity of vision and take responsibility for their professional development as artists. With a view to this, students were given training regarding photography. This club took a broad and progressive approach to the practice and definition of photography and encouraged them to do something challenging. Students shot the photographs of all school events and exhibit their talent.
Event Management Club
The main purpose of this club was to attract participants, spectators or both to the event. In our school, many events were organized and many people got engaged in those events. How to manage the things & tasks in an excellent manner is Event Management. Students worked in coordination with teachers to manage different in house programs like – Dance Competition, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Republic Day and many Days according to school activity planner.
Music Club
Nearly everyone enjoys music, whether by listening to it, singing, or playing an instrument. The Music Club helps students explore realities, relationships and ideas that cannot be conveyed simply in words or numbers. Students learnt about different kinds of music like – classic, rap, rock, dance music and jazz etc. Students participated in various competitions at school level.
Cultural Club
Cultural Club activities are having tremendous value, as they help in providing opportunities for better understanding of our cultural heritage and traditions, for example, activities like dramatics, dance, music and celebration of various religious and social festivals provide better knowledge and understanding of our culture, foster cultural tastes and awaken cultural interests among students. Students were appreciated to learn all these though our language, religion, culture, food habits, dresses etc. It taught them that we are one, and that we are human beings of the same universe. This club helped them to develop their entire personality, draw out their latent powers of different temperaments, supplement academic work and develop social and civic sense.
Maths & Science Club
Science and Maths Club increased the interest of students in doing something new. This club offered an ideal avenue for free exchange of new ideas and for frank and helpful criticism of these ideas. Students represented their ideas by making some models and Charts.
Art & Craft Club
The importance of art education is for us to evaluate ourselves on how we connect with our surroundings. Art plays an important role in almost all aspects of education, from creativity to interpretation to discussion to understanding design. The students of our school enjoyed the club, played with clay, brush, colors, papers and made many amazing things – paintings, pen stands, Photo Frames etc.
