The Founder’s Day is the day when a school, an institution, or a building was founded. Founders’ Day is traditionally a very important day in the school calendar when members of the school community –Principals, vice principal, educators, staff members and learners – meet to commemorate those who founded the school and who have bequeathed resources to its development. An atmosphere of celebration filled Gajera Vidyabhavan Pre primary section when the learners and educators gathered to celebrate the Founder’s Day.
To Provide well educated citizens to the country, Smt. Shantaben Haribhai Gajera Trust was established in 1993. Every Year 12th July the Founder’s Day was celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm. On the occasion of Founder’s Day, by worshiping the image of Shri Haribhai Jivrajbhai Gajera (Dada) and Smt Shantaben Haribhai Gajera (Baa), the principal, educators and Kinder Gajerians recited verses, prayers, tunes and paid tribute by singing bhajans. It was the day when the Foundation Stone of our school was laid by our chairman Mr. Vasant Gajera and Mr. Chunibhai Gajera twenty nine years ago.
The chief aim is to actively develop the ambition and potential of every learner, whether it is academic or any other sphere. The school believes that a learner can achieve anything with focus, perseverance and confidence. Our school is known for working towards the holistic development of children and that is why we have also set our feet strongly entrenched in the field of sports and extra-curricular activities. Founder’s Day brings us the opportunity to thank our founders for this marvellous enterprise.
