“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are an excellent leader.”
Today we celebrate the grand occasion of the Birth Anniversary of our true inspiration and constant motivator Mr. Chunibhai Gajera Sir. This day is very special for whole Gajera Trust. This day is celebrated as Student’s Day in Gajera Group of Schools where various activities are conducted and Investiture Ceremony is one of them.
The Investiture Ceremony for the Academic year 2025-26 was a momentous occasion filled with pride and anticipation. We at Gajera Trust believe that one of the aims of education is to nurture leadership skills. More than just giving out badges and titles, the ceremony is about conferring responsibilities to the students to take charge of the school, and to take it to greater heights with their leadership, decision making and communication skills, and teamwork.
The ceremony commenced with an electrifying March Past a beautiful portrayal of discipline, unity, harmony, and grit, leading the Chief Guests, Academic Director, Principals to the Dias.
The Hall was filled with an atmosphere of enthusiasm as students, staff, and distinguished guests gathered for the occasion. The ceremony unfolded with the lighting of the lamp followed by prayer. The event began spiritually, with the divine hymn, setting the tone for a day of purpose and promise. The student leaders were then invested with authority by the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, and members of the school management who draped sashes of honour bearing the badges of office around them. 22 deserving students were bestowed with badges of leadership. The sight of the young leaders standing tall on the stage while they were invested was indeed a proud moment for the entire school. The ceremony concluded with inspiring words by the principal. The proud parents of the student leaders were also present sharing the joy and pride of the moment.
The event majestically culminated with our leaders taking an oath to facilitate, envision and lead their flock before assuming their duties. A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions and the compassion to listen to the needs of others; and we proudly assert that our newly elected batch has perceived this well and is an epitome of confidence, courage and compassion.
