To commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s birthday, maker of Modern India, National Youth Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm. at Presidium. Learners created interesting craftworks, made sketches, and many other activities which include Speeches, Singing, and Drama, were organized to instill the values and qualities in the youngsters of today that carry the promise of building a new India tomorrow. The Learners then enriched us with the life history of Swami Vivekananda which included information about his birth, the efforts he had put in to empower the youth, throughout India and abroad.
The celebrations aimed to spread the message of strength, fearlessness, sacrifice, character-building, and excellence among the youth of the versatile and multi-faceted personality of Swami Vivekananda. The Learners were motivated to be good citizens of India, thus contributing to the country’s development.
