Raksha Bandhan popularly known as rakhi, is a festival observed to pay homage to the sacred and unconditional bond between brothers and sisters.” Raksha Bandhan in Sanskrit literally means “the tie or knot of protection It’s an ancient Vedic festival which is celebrated every year on the full moon day of the month of Shravan (August).
Rakhi Exhibition cum sale has been organized on 26 August 2023 at Shree H. J. Gajera English medium school, Uttran .As a part of business club activity, club mentor Ms. Ankita Patel and Ms. Heena Parekh has guided students regarding selling and attract the customers to buy things in this modern world of competition. The design and the colours of rakhi proved their interest in art and craft.
The students from the Primary Wing and the Middle Wing liked appreciated the rakhi. Many of them bought the rakhi to motivate their art.
students have participated in this event very enthusiastically. students has sold many homemade things in this exhibition like Rakhi, sweets, chocolates and diffrent types of gifts for sisters.
School children celebrated Raksha Bandhan by tying rakhis to each other. They also gave small gifts to each other as token of love.
Amazing happiness and energy was seen among students and that was possible just because of parents presence and they have done majority of the shopping related to Rakshabandhan from the school. There was end of one day of exhibition at 4:00 pm with happy faces of students.
