Annual Sports Day 2024-25 was celebrated at GAJERA VIDHYABHAVAN UTRAN with great zeal and enthusiasm. The playground was overflowing with zeal, passion and excitement. The programme began with the arrival of the Chief Guests Mr. Nazmi Kinkhabwala Sir -Table Tanis player, Senil Jasoliya Sir – Ranji trophy cricketer and Mr Bhautik Sheth sir – founder of Digital Marketing ivipanan and also a motivational speaker. Trustee Shri Chunibhai Gajera Sir, Academic Co-ordinator Shri Jayesh Patel Sir, Sports Co-Ordinator Gulab Ma’am has graced the program with their presence. The chief guest addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of sports in a child’s life. The students displayed a wide array of energetic and bouncy sports events ranging from March Past, Energetic Dance performance, track events. They mesmerized the audience with their energetic performances. Oath-taking ceremony – a pledge to uphold the true spirit of sportsmanship and fair play.” Was introduced by the head girl of the school. The Sports programme began with the release of balloons. Afterwards more than 1400 students have demonstrated of sports races like 100 mtrs to 600 mtrs Running Race, Hurdle Race, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Standing Broad Jump and Cricket Ball throw etc.
The principal awarded the medals and the certificates to the winners of the various sports events. The principal and other dignitaries have praised the students and thanked all the teachers, D’s Staff, non-teaching staff for their valuable contribution for making this event a grand success. The Sports Day ended with the National Anthem.
