In every section of Gajera Vidyabhavan, children from all walks of life are admitted without any discrimination on the basis of vacancy. The standard admission process is as follows.
Pre-primary
Dear Parents,
Gajera Vidyabhavan, Pre-primary Section started new Admissions of Gujarat board Gujarati medium, English medium and CBSE board of the Academic Year 2026-27 Nursery(Playgroup), Jr.Kg., Sr.Kg. & Balvatika Interested parents can submit the xerox copy of Birth Certificate in English with child’s Name, full address and contact number and submit it to room no. – 9.
As per the order of the government, in entire state the child has to be admitted in Nursery(Playgroup), Jr.Kg., Sr.Kg. and Balvatika standard according to the birth date of it falls between the given dates, then only the child will be eligible for the admission.

For Jr.Kg.: The birth date of the child should be between 02-06-2022 to 01-06-2023.
For Sr.Kg.: The birth date of the child should be between 02-06-2021 to 01-06-2022.
For Balvatika: The birth date of the child should be between 02-06-2020 to 01-06-2021.
According to NEP-2020 rules announced by the government for the academic year 2026-27, the children who will complete 6 years of age on June 2, 2026 will be eligible for admission in Std 1 st .

Original Birth certificate of child (English version).
Xerox of child’s Birth Certificate.
Passport size photo of students and 2 passport size photos of parents (mother and father).
Father LC, Aadhar card, Passport, Blood Group and Address Proof (light bill or vera bill) of students and Parents (Original and Xerox).
Passbook Xerox of any account of Father.

Nursery(Playgroup), Jr.Kg., Sr.Kg. & Balvatika
In Nursery(Playgroup), Jr.Kg., Sr.Kg. & Balvatika subjects like English, Maths, General Knowledge, Rhymes / Music / Story, Art- Crafts, Life skill, Sensory Education, Ethical Values, Nature integrated learning are taken in the curriculum. These subjects are taught to the students through various indoor- outdoor activities and play-way methods.
Steps towards being ‘Gajerian’
Meeting the eligibility criterion, the candidate seeking admission needs to follow the following steps to be a GAJERIAN.
- The eligible candidate seeking admission needs to register for Entrance Test as per schedule.
- The registered candidate has to appear in the Entrance Test as per schedule followed by an Interview.
- Based on the performance in the Test and Interview and subject to the availability of seats, the candidate will be offered to take admission.
Student’s Withdrawal Rules
- As per Parents requirements, they can withdraw their child from the school by submitting detailed application (Countersigned LC?) 15 Days in advance.
- They can collect the School Leaving Certificate after Seven days after the date of submission of the application20

Admission to Standard X & XII
Admissions to Standard X and Standard XII (Science / Commerce) are offered only if seats remain available in the respective classes.
The admission process generally begins during the month of May after declaration of the respective examination results.
